| This new feature is very easy to use. When you are editing a news article or content item, you should notice that there are now blue buttons next to each element of the page. Click on the one next to the content you wish to edit and you will instantly see a red box into which you change/add text - directly into the page! Don't forget to click on the blue button again (showing a tick) to apply your changes.
For example, in a standard news article you will have a separate blue button for:
Headline
Primary image
Caption (image)
Credit (image)
Copyright (image)
Abstract
Article
While some of the more advanced text editing features are not available in this mode, you can still use some standard shortcuts such as CTRL-B for bold and CTRL-I for italics. You are of course still able to "Edit news article properties" as before, for the times that you need the more advanced text editing features.
Please do not hesitate to phone your main account contact or the Sotic office on +44 (0) 870 991 7460 if you need any help using this feature.
