| Hub Club link with Sotic to provide online presence for local clubs |

| Sotic have joined forces with the Hub Club, based in the Camborne /Redruth areas of West Cornwall, to provide a website solution for a series of sports clubs in the area. |
Hub Club is a unique project funded by the Neighbourhood Renewal Fund and Sport England to supporting a network of Sports Clubs local Clubs with professional support to the voluntary clubs, with one of their missions to improve communication between the clubs and the general public.
The Hub Club have tasked Sotic to developed a series of websites, based on the Red Dort Content Management System, to allow these voluntary clubs from a range of sports to communicate with both their current membership and also with the potential future members. All the clubs are also drawn together on the main Hub Club site.
The clubs with include, Swallows of Helston Gymnastic Club, Cornwall Athletic Club, Portreath Surf Lifesaving Club, and Carn Runners, have been given the ability to produce content for their own sites, and also make use of Sotic’s own excellent ezine system to keep their members fully informed of club activities.
The arrangement with Hub Club has also seen Sotic provide a site for Carn Brea Leisure Centre which allows the Redruth leisure facility to promote its facilities and also accept bookings for regular courses. |
